Terms & Conditions KLWINMY — Complete Platform Usage Guide

By accessing or using the KLWINMY, you expressly accept and agree to comply with all provisions in this Terms and Conditions document. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access the KLWINMY website, regardless of whether you have registered as a member or are simply browsing the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to immediately stop using the KLWINMY platform and close any account you may have registered. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendment to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

To qualify as a registered KLWINMY member and access our online betting services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

Every KLWINMY member is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all accounts involved, along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. KLWINMY employs advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts based on IP address, device information, and personal data.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, a valid email address, and date of birth. All information will be verified by the KLWINMY team before your account is fully activated.

• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn.

• Bets placed after the outcome of an event has been unofficially determined will be voided and funds returned.

• Any attempt to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit system errors is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure.

KLWINMY offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated on their respective promotion pages. The general terms applicable to all KLWINMY bonuses are as follows:

All KLWINMY members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. Inappropriate behaviour may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on the severity of the violation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the klwinmy platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or attempts to compromise the security of the KLWINMY system.
• Sharing your account login credentials with others or allowing another person to use your account.
• Placing opposing bets to exploit promotions or guarantee risk-free profits (bonus abuse).
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards KLWINMY customer support staff.
• Spreading false or misleading information about klwinmy to the public.

Members may close their KLWINMY account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing support@klwinmy.net. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be returned once all applicable rollover requirements have been met.

Klwinmy reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Multiple accounts held by the same individual.
• Abuse of klwinmy's bonus or promotion system.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.

The klwinmy platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, klwinmy does not guarantee that it will be free from technical disruptions, errors, or uninterrupted availability at all times.

Klwinmy is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of temporary technical disruptions that are beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party use of your account, where the security breach was not caused by KLWINMY.
• Any betting decisions made based on information from sources outside the KLWINMY platform.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the KLWINMY platform.

In any event, klwinmy's maximum liability to any member is limited to the actual unused deposit balance in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

KLWINMY reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any material changes will be communicated to members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in emergencies requiring immediate implementation.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to mutually agreed arbitration.
